Unlike traditional manicures that involve soaking nails in water to soften cuticles, Russian manicures are performed on dry nails.

The technique utilizes an electric nail file with various bits to precisely file, cut, and remove the cuticles and excess skin around the nail bed.
Precise Cuticle Work:
The focus is on achieving a clean and polished look by removing the cuticle and creating a pristine nail bed for polish application.
